What is an invoice and why do I need to provide it?
Invoices are different from receipts. Both Invoices and receipts are ways of tracking purchases of goods and services. In general the content of the invoices can be similar to that of receipts including tracking the amount of the sale, calculating sales tax owed and calculating any discounts applied to the purchase. How can I send/submit invoice?
You can send/submit your invoice to the buyer via email. You can do that in two ways:
1) Copy the URL address of the invoice and paste it in your email. When the receiver clicks on the link, s/he would be redirected to the online invoice you have issued.
2) Export your invoice in PDF file format and attach it to your email. The receiver could download the attach file on his computer and save it where appropriate.
Is the system for online invoicing free of charge?
You may use the system free of charge for one month. This opportunity is provided in order to test the system and see how it works. When your test account is about to expire, you will receive a notification email in order to make you aware that you will no longer be able to use the system for free. After that you may subscribe for the online invoicing system on a monthly or yearly basis. You can inform yourself about the monthly fees from here.
